Order Processing

  • Timeframe: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days following payment confirmation.
  • Schedule: Orders placed on Friday evening, weekends, or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Fulfillment: Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, it cannot be modified, canceled, or rerouted. Our operations are automated to ensure efficient dispatch.
  • Tracking: A confirmation email will be sent once dispatched. Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking information to become active in the courier’s system.

Order Changes & Address Accuracy

  • Edits: Requests for address updates must be submitted within 1 hour of placing the order.
  • Responsibility: Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping information. Brooks and Avery London is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete details.
  • Returns: Orders returned due to incorrect addresses or refusal may be refunded as store credit only and may be subject to a 25% handling and logistics fee. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Pre-Order Items

  • Items marked as Pre-Order require extended preparation. Please allow 8–10 business days before shipment.
  • If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will be shipped once the pre-order item is available.

Shipping Rates

  • Free Shipping: We offer free shipping within the United Kingdom, EU & USA.

  • International: Shipping fees for other regions are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or VAT determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. If a parcel is refused due to unpaid charges, the order may not qualify for a refund.

Tracking & Delivery

  • Packages Marked as Delivered: If tracking shows "delivered" but you cannot find the parcel, please check secure areas, neighbors, or reception services before contacting the courier.

  • Lost Shipments: If tracking has not updated for an extended period, contact info@brooksandevery.com so we may initiate a courier investigation. Final resolution depends on the courier's findings.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

Orders returned due to refusal or failure to collect may be classified as undeliverable. These may be refunded as store credit only, minus a 25% handling fee. Reshipping may require additional payment.

Force Majeure

Brooks and Avery London is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, customs actions, or global logistics disruptions.
